        The ground floor pool had a perfect temperature, making it an ideal spot for the kids to unwind after a long day.

        i had a great stay at grand mercure. the breakfast was amazing, with options from different cultures and the staff were super friendly, especially during breakfast. the gym was well-equipped, and the location was convenient, easy to access the metro on foot.

        the reservation issue was frustrating, but once sorted, it was a pleasant experience.

        The room was lovely, super comfy bed, and the shower had fab water pressure. Seriously, I could've stayed in there all day! Perfect for a solo traveler needing relaxation.

        Had a bit of a struggle getting Wi-Fi on my laptop—maybe it wanted to be a phone? And the bathtub was more of a kiddie pool—no deep dives here!

        Tried the arabic breakfast which was unique and unforgettable. Had a great chat with the concierge Adnan every time I saw him in the lobby, made the whole experience more welcoming.

        Definitely not cheap but acceptable for what we got.

        The room was really elegant and came with great facilities like a cozy sitting area and a mini-bar. The kids loved connecting to the TV with Chromecast. Location could not have been better, super close to the airport and major attractions. The staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond, especially with late-night requests. Breakfast options were superb, catering to different tastes. The pool area was a hit with the children, complete with fountains and a play area. However, the AC wasn’t very cool, and the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. Also, there weren’t enough hangers in the bathroom, which made things a bit inconvenient. Would have liked more attention to the comfort of the extra sleeping arrangements.
